Kelly is an incredible midwife. Being a doula myself for many years, I have attended births alongside dozens of care providers. Kelly provided excellent prenatal care to me and my husband! As first time parents we really didn't know what we needed to know. She gave us tons of information, even answering questions we hadn't thought of. She was adept at navigating the nerves of an anxious dad as well as giving this mom (and nurse) all the data and science I could ask for, all with her signature good humor.

Kelly was kind and informative during prenatal care as well as the birth and post natal care. I felt in good hands at all times with all the information I needed to make good decisions for me and my baby. This was my second baby; the entire labor was three hours from first contraction to baby in my arms. Kelly responded quickly and efficiently and guided everyone (4 grandparents, doula, friend) effectively so that I felt supported but not overwhelmed. I had had minor complications with my first birth and Kelly was ready to respond accordingly at all times. I felt very safe with her. That birth was one of the most empowering experiences of my life and Kelly had a large part to play in that. Making it more than just having a healthy baby come into the world but having a supported empowered mother as well. That kind of care is priceless.
