INSURANCE INFORMATION

CNMs are reimbursed by insurance the same as physicians. We accept most health insurances including AppleHealth. We recommend that you apply for AppleHealth, if you haven’t already, as income guidelines are different for pregnancy.

You can register with our biller, GM Billing & Recovery, complete a verification of benefits and request an estimate of your cost for midwifery services HERE.

  • Tricare Select (does NOT require a referral)

  • TriWest Healthcare Alliance (Tricare Prime), though we are listed as PCPs with TriWest

Self-pay patients are welcome

  • We currently offer payment plans for prenatal care for self-pay clients
